Did you get the wrong size? Not satisfied with the item purchased?

Don't worry, you can return it!

As provided by Art.11 (Withdrawal) of the General Conditions of Sale, you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the day of delivery of your order.

What do you have to do?

- Send an email to the address ecommerce@greatescapes.it, indicating the number of the order and your username and indicating your desire to return one or more items from the order;

- return the goods intact, complete in all its parts, in the original packaging and complete with the attached tax documentation to the following address (the shipping costs will be borne by the customer):

- once you have verified the compliance with what is written above, we will refund the amount of products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days, excluding any shipping costs, using the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser during the purchase phase.
